I'm Andrew Kuang, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Crest Realty. My practice focuses on new construction, multiplex project sales and luxury homes across Vancouver West, Vancouver East, Burnaby, Richmond and Coquitlam.
I've been involved in custom homes and multiplexes from pro forma to occupancy. That shapes how I advise: I read a home's structure, systems and permits as closely as its finishes, and I know which features buyers at the top of the market pay for.
Many of my clients are families moving up. As a father of two, I plan the sale and the purchase around the dates that matter, so you move once. I'm a Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking REALTOR®, and I work in English too.

I've been in real estate for eight years, with more than 100 homes sold and over $100M in sales. From 2019 to 2026 I was a top-5 agent on Team Karen Zhao, a Medallion Club team (top 1% of Greater Vancouver REALTORS®) every year from 2019 to 2025. In September 2026 I went out on my own to focus on new builds and project sales.
